yog sondrey ke liye ati avashak hai kyu ke agar aap bhitr se swasth hai tabhi aap bahar se sondry prapt kar sakte hai ,yog se mansik tatha sharirik labh milta hai .asno or pranayam ke niyamit abhyas se , sharirik swasthy ,sunder or chamkili skin , tej drishti , or bhi bahut sare labh milte hai .
